reinforcement and protective layers are used. Our goal is to ensure that every order arrives in the same beautiful condition in which it left our workshop.

Orders are processed at our facility in Yame City. Processing times vary based on product availability and whether items are made-to-order. Handcrafted items or seasonal pieces may require additional time. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Japanese public holidays.

We ship using Japan Post, Yamato Transport, and trusted international couriers. The carrier used depends on the destination and size of the package. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are approximate and may vary due to customs, weather, or logistical delays.
