This Return & Refund Policy describes how Fujiki Crafts Industry Co., Ltd. handles returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds for purchases made through fujikicrafts.co.jp. Because our products are handcrafted by artisans in Yame, each piece is unique, and natural variations are to be expected. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
General Return Eligibility
We accept returns only when an item is defective, damaged during shipping, or different from what was ordered. Items must be unused, unaltered, and returned with all original packaging and accessories. Items showing wear or damage after delivery may be ineligible for return. Limited-edition or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.
Timeframe for Return Requests
If you believe an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We may request photographs or additional details before authorising a return.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom items, pieces with natural variations, used items, items missing original packaging, and final sale items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged in transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Remedies may include replacement, repair, or refund. Photos of the damage and packaging may be required.
Return Shipping Costs
If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees and any applicable customs charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees, customs duties, and processing charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be possible depending on product availability. Because many items are handcrafted in limited quantities, an exact replacement may not always be available.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before shipping. Once a shipment has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy. Custom-made items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
International Returns
International customers must clearly mark return packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs delays or charges. Incorrect labelling may result in deductions from the refund.
